Respect

At Razzmatazz, we work continuously to create a safer, kinder and more open space for everyone. A place where you only need to focus on enjoying music and culture, discovering new trends, dancing, socialising and having a good time. We are firmly committed to the fight against violence and discrimination in all their forms. We believe in respect as the foundation of coexistence, and in the club as a space of freedom, expression and collective care.

Shared awareness

We want to foster a shared awareness around the dancefloor: respect for different proposals, openness to diversity, and recognition of music as a cultural language with its own value and codes.

It’s not just about following rules, but about understanding the principles that make the club experience possible: attentive listening, responsible consumption, respect for the artist’s work, and the creation of a shared energy based on awareness and active presence.

Respect · Decalogue

Let’s build club culture together.
