How do I get to Razzmatazz?

Razzmatazz is located at 122 Almogàvers Street (main entrance) and 88 Pamplona Street (entrance via Sala 2), in the Poble Nou neighborhood. What time does Razzmatazz open?

Check our Agenda for exact opening hours. Our office (88 Pamplona Street, 1st floor) is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

What is the minimum age to enter Razzmatazz?

To enter the clubs (discos), you must be 18 years of age or older. However, there is a different age restriction for entry to concerts held in the afternoon/evening. Can I buy my tickets at the door or do I have to buy them in advance?

Tickets for an event can be purchased at the door, provided they haven't already been sold. We always recommend buying them in advance to guarantee entry.

Can I pay at the entrance with a credit/debit card?

Yes, we accept all credit/debit cards except American Express.

Can I sign up for the guest list for Friday/Saturday?

We're sorry, Razzmatazz does not offer this service. For faster entry, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Is there a dress code?

We don't have a strict dress code, but we ask that you avoid wearing sports team jerseys, clothing with political messages, and flip-flops.

Does Razzmatazz have a cloakroom?

Instead of a traditional cloakroom, we offer a locker service (individual lockers) so you can store your belongings comfortably and without queuing. See the Lockers section in the Info area of ​​this website.

Lockers

Does Razzmatazz have a cloakroom?

Instead of a traditional cloakroom, we offer a locker service (individual lockers) so you can store your belongings comfortably and without queues, especially at closing time. The service is subject to availability.

What are the lockers like and what can I store?

Capacity for 2–3 garments. Designed for jackets, small bags and personal accessories. It is not recommended to store valuables, cash or important documents.Helmets, suitcases or scooters are not allowed inside.

What is the price and how do I pay?

€6.50 per event. Online payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Is it refundable?

No. The assigned code is unique and can only be changed by purchasing a new locker.

How do the lockers work?

  • Find an available locker.
  • Scan the QR code on the door and access the online store.
  • Complete the purchase and receive your personal PIN.
  • Store your belongings, close the door and enter your PIN.
  • You can open and close your locker throughout the event.
  • If you empty it but want to keep using it, keep it closed with your PIN.
  • At the end, leave the door open to release it.

The user is responsible for the contents of the locker. Enter your PIN discreetly.

What if I forget my locker code or number?

  • Check your confirmation email.
  • If you don’t have access to your email or your phone battery dies, go to a member of staff.
  • You will be asked to describe the contents before it is opened.

What happens if I leave my belongings after the event?

They will be transferred to the Lost & Found service.

Prohibited items

  • Large bags, sports or hydration backpacks exceeding 21.95 × 25 × 50 cm

Accessibility

Razzmatazz is a living space in constant evolution. For this reason, we continue to adapt in order to improve accessibility and provide a more comfortable experience for everyone who visits us.

Room 1

Limited PRM spaces. The number of PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) spaces is limited. If these areas reach capacity, we cannot guarantee an alternative space. It is important that you contact us in advance at [email protected] so we can manage capacity in the PRM areas and assign you a space.

  • Open-plan space without seating. The audience can move freely around the dance floor.
  • Reserved area for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM). Located at the rear of the dance floor, on a raised platform with ramp access. It allows a clear view of the stage while seated in a wheelchair or on a chair provided by the venue. (Available for concerts only, not during club nights.)
  • Priority access. If you hold an official disability accreditation card and/or use a wheelchair, you will have priority access to this area.
  • Companions. For space and safety reasons, only one companion is permitted per person with reduced mobility.
  • Balconies. If you are able to climb stairs, you may access the first-floor balconies and sit on bean bags or on a chair provided by the venue, provided you notify us in advance.
  • Early access. Please arrive 15 minutes before doors open and speak to our security team. They will guide you through a separate entrance to enter before the rest of the audience.

Rooms 2 and 3

No reserved areas. Although there is currently no designated PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) area in these rooms, we are committed to making one available as soon as possible. It is important that you contact us in advance at [email protected] to coordinate access via the designated elevator.

  • Open-plan spaces without seating. These areas allow free movement.
  • Elevator access. These rooms are located on the first floor (entrance via 88 Pamplona Street) and are equipped with a supervised elevator. Access to the rooms requires using a designated ramp and the elevator. During this process, you must be accompanied at all times by a member of our staff.
  • Priority access. If you hold an official disability accreditation card and/or use a wheelchair, you will have priority access to the rooms, together with one companion only.
  • Early access. Please arrive 15 minutes before doors open, and the security team will escort you through a separate entrance.
