Downites + Toner

Marc Sans aka Downites, is a digital digger and incisive explorer of the universe r & b and hip hop avantgarde in his free time. In their sessions, the synthetic funk, the beats of last generation, avant-garde soul and rap, coexist in total harmony, whether it is the baby of the golden age or the less conventional one. Styles and sounds that are part of the Trill and Fuego parties in which he is a resident DJ. In 2015 he participated in the edition of Sònar to open the day on Saturday at SonarVillage. Downites has shared cabin with top-level figures such as: Bauuer, Mr Carmack, Sinjin Hawke, Tommy Kruise, Nick Hook and Falcons, among others.

Linked to Razzmatazz for more than a decade, Toner was one of the DJs involved in the origins of Fuego and Trill, two club nights that explored the maximalist-experimental cosmos of the emerging European urban scene.
As a selector, he has always been interested in the origins of club music, the last days of disco music, the first days of house music and especially how those genres fit in our territory and our culture.
He played in festivals such as Sónar or MIRA and warmed up the dance floor for countless artists on countless nights, mainly at Razzmatazz and the now closed BeCool.
