Important: The number of spaces for people with reduced mobility (PRM) is limited. If they fill up, we cannot guarantee an alternative space.
It is essential to email us at: accessibilitat@salarazzmatazz.com so we can manage capacity and reserve a spot for you.
- Open-plan space with no fixed seating.
The audience can move freely around the main floor.
- Reserved area for PRM.
Located at the back of the main floor on an elevated platform with ramp access. You can enjoy the show seated in your own wheelchair or in a chair provided by the venue.
- Priority access.
If you hold an official disability card and/or use a wheelchair, you’ll have priority access to this area.
- Companions.
Due to space and safety reasons, people with reduced mobility (PRM) are allowed priority access with only one accompanying person.
- Amphitheatres.
If you can use stairs, you may access the first-floor amphitheatres and sit on a pouf, or a chair provided by the venue. Advance notice required.
- Early entry.
Arrive 15 minutes before doors open and speak with our security staff. You’ll be guided through a separate entrance to enter the venue before the rest of the audience.

ROOMS 2 & 3
Important: There are currently no reserved areas for PRM in these rooms. We are working to implement them as soon as possible.
Please email us at: accessibilitat@salarazzmatazz.com so we can coordinate elevator access for you.

These allow free movement throughout the venue.
- Elevator access.
These rooms are on the first floor (entrance via Pamplona Street, 88). Access requires using a ramp and a staff-operated elevator. You must be always accompanied by our staff during this process.
- Priority access.
If you have an official disability card and/or use a wheelchair, you’ll have priority access with one companion only.
- Early entry.
Arrive 15 minutes before doors open and our security team will escort you through a separate entrance.
