PRIVACY POLICY
When someone registers with in any of Sinnamon websites (ww.sinnamon.es;
www.sinnamonrecords.com; www.wintercasesanmiguel.com; www.mondclub.com;
www.salarazzmatazz.com; www.summercase.com; www.creamfields-andalucia.com;
www.creamfieldsvigo.com; www.dancingqueen.es; www.forwardfestival.es;
www.daydream-festival.com; www.olafestival.com; www.weekendance.com;
www.festipack.es; www.welovemusic.es), their personal details are entered
into an automatic personal data file created by Grupo SINNAMON under their
own responsibility, in order to maintain and manage the relationship with
the User, as well as for purposes of information, research, statistics,
training and marketing, and promotion and advertising of its products,
services or activities.
The user permits Grupo SINNAMON to use its internet navigator data to send
him/her Grupo SINNAMON information advertising, from the navigator and/or
additional software to his/her internal message box.
Grupo SINNAMON notifies the User of the possibility to exercise his/her
rights in terms of access, correction, opposition to and deleting of the
personal details received by Grupo SINNAMON, in accordance with Spanish Law
15/1999 of the 13th December, on Personal Data Protection and with other
regulations under development. These rights of access, correction,
opposition to and deleting can be exercised by the User, or by a
representative, by applying in writing with a signature to the following
address: Dpto. Gestión de contenidos webs, C/ Ramón Turró 109 1 ºplanta,
08005 Barcelona, Spain. This request must include the following data: name
and surname of the User, contact address, photocopy of National Identity
Card or passport, and details of the request. If a representative is used,
their irrefutable right to represent must be proven in writing.
In all cases, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on
Information Society Services, Electronic Commerce, at the time of compiling
data, users will be asked for their express consent for Grupo SINNAMON to
make use of their details in order to send them information and advertising
by electronic mail or equivalent methods, such as SMS on mobile telephones.
If after this time, a User wishes to withdraw his/her consent to receive
commercial information by electronic mail or similar or equivalent methods,
he/she can notify us of this decision by sending an e-mail to
info@summercase.com
Grupo SINNAMON commits to preserving the confidential nature of the personal
details and the duty to keep them, and will take the necessary measures to
avoid their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in
accordance with the provisions of current and future legislation.
Grupo SINNAMON advises that it does not check the veracity of the data, so
in each case it shall hold to the data entered by the User, whether they be
true or not.
COOKIES
Grupo SINNAMON also notifies Users of the possible installation of “cookies”
throughout navigation from the User’s computer, so that when navigating web
pages, there may be automatic recognition of, for example, the User’s IP
address and other possible navigation data. The use of cookies will only
take place in order to maintain the navigation session. In no case, do they
store personal data. If Users do not wish to accept cookies, they must
eliminate this possibility from the User options of their own navigators.
Despite the above, Grupo SINNAMON takes no responsibility for any
irregularities that the non-admission of a cookie may cause during
navigation of its web pages.
